SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

STANDARD SHIPPING

All in-stock merchandise is shipped within 48 hours, which will promptly arrive within 5-7 business days standard mail (USPS). Due to Covid-19, shipping may take a little longer than usual.

Please allow an additional day for delivery if your order is placed on Friday or Saturday, as Sunday delivery may not be available in your area. All orders are delivered by the United States Post Office unless otherwise requested. All special request may be sent to orders@ctlingerie.com.

RETURNS
If any purchase does not meet your expectations, for whatever reason, simply return it (free of perfume and unworn) within 30 days of purchase. (Panties, Thongs, Pantyhose and Stockings are non-returnable) Upon receipt of your return we will promptly exchange the item(s), provide a store credit or issue a refund if applicable. We will cover the shipping cost to send you the replacement item(s).

BATH & BODY RETURNS
We understand that all people (and noses) are different and not everyone will agree on what smells or feels great. If any purchase does not meet your expectations, for whatever reason, simply return it within 30 days of purchase. Complete the return form included with your receipt. Upon return we will promptly exchange the item(s), provide a store credit or issue a refund. We will cover the shipping cost to send you the replacement item(s).
